On any given day I'm busy working on various design projects. I just received my Dedar fabric samples in the mail and in the process of organizing my office made two separate piles of fabric and paper stuff...Naturally with the magazine on top. I looked over and low and behold realized that my sample was the very same as seen on this month's issue of House Beautiful. How's the for a sign? Guess I should probably use this one.

Many moons ago when I was trying to figure out what to do with my tiny one bedroom apartment in Philadelphia, my Aunt Nancy would drive down from Manhattan in her black Honda Civic hatchback and take me on early morning hunts to the coolest Flea Markets and thrift stores in and out of the city. It's on these junky adventures that I started to build my passion and obsession for design. Nancy always had the BEST apartments. Here's a look at her a master bedroom and the cheeky pillows she's currently producing and selling at the Pittsburgh Flea. Ahh, good design runs in my blood.
